International Equities Management Mandates
Since its launch in 1995, IAM combines the advantages of complete independence in asset management with a clear defined purpose: the research of the best possible performance for our clients all the while paying close attention to capital preservation.
Bearing this in mind, IAM offers a portfolio of international equities using two different techniques:
- Country picking: selection of single country or geographical zone
- Stock picking: selection of individual stock
In this way, IAM International Equity mandate combines active and passive management. The portion of the portfolio invested in European equities or in gold and metals is actively management by our team of financial analysts. They select the single stocks pursuant to an in-depth analysis of each company.
The portion dedicated to global equities (developed and emerging countries) is management by investing into a basket of securities that replicates the major indices.
IAM added-value lies in the tactical asset allocation. The out or underweight of each geographical zone results from our assessment of the trends and macro development of the various elements. The portfolio combines the following 4 investment themes:

- Emerging countries
- Europe
- Gold & Metals
