Swiss real estate company Mobimo is proposing to increase its share capital by up to 10% of the current capitalization. The proposal will be put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 12 April. Existing shareholders will have preferential subscription rights and the company will issue a total of 660,154 new shares.
The capital increase is planned as part of Mobimo’s growth strategy to realize new buildings while maintaining an adequate capital base (without increasing the debt ratio). The company already has projects planned for around CHF 200 million up to 2024. These new investments have an annual rental potential of around 7.3 million.
The terms and conditions of the capital increase will be announced in the coming months, following shareholder approval.
