Uponor’s board of directors is in favor of this transaction, which values the Finnish company at 2.2 billion euros. The acquisition is of strategic interest to Georg Fisher and brings the Schaffhausen-based group closer to its growth objectives for 2025. The new entity will become a leader in the field of flow and water management solutions, with a combined turnover of 3.6 billion euros.
