“Today the race went as predicted.
It was once again a bunch sprint and even the winner was the same.
There where two breakaway attempts during the first part of the race and in the second one we had Martin Elmiger who did a good job. They stayed away until the final circuit.
As the previous stages the final was very stressful as most of the riders were fresh.
Without that much wind it was easy to stay in the bunch and of course that way more riders felt they could be there for the sprint.
Heinrich Haussler finished 9th in the sprint, but although the other guys tried to be with him, they couldn’t quite get to him when he most needed it.
Tomorrow is the last stage which finishes in downtown Doha with 10 short laps to complete.
Last chance in Qatar before transferring to Oman!”
