Signatory to the Code of Conduct in the field of occupational pensions, IAM has expanded its services in terms of supervision. Subject to the Federal Financial Markets Authority FINMA since 2007, IAM is an authorized asset manager of collective investments in accordance with the Federal Law on Collective Investment Schemes (CISA). IAM is also subject to FINMA regarding the monitoring of compliance with regulations on money laundering.
